Manufacturing Process and Lead Time
After you place your order, we begin production immediately. Depending on the order size, production takes 1-2 days. We then securely package all miniatures, wrapping each one in soft material to ensure integrity. Finally, we ship your order. We expedite the process to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. Delivery time is 6-14 days, depending on the customer's country and holidays.

What materials are used in production?
We use 3D printing technology with photopolymer resins. Using only high-quality raw materials, we achieve the high quality and detail of our miniatures. This also allows us to print even the smallest details of your miniature to convey the entire image and concept. The miniature production process is carried out on advanced 3D printers, which ensure the highest printing precision. Each product undergoes a thorough inspection for defects to ensure you receive only the highest quality product.
How do I choose a miniature size?
All our miniatures are clearly labeled with their size and part count. The main size is the base size. We offer bases in the following diameters: 25mm; 50mm; 75mm; 100mm; and 150mm. These base sizes are standard for D&D and other tabletop roleplaying games. Each miniature also has its height indicated, from the lowest point to the highest point of the model, for easy understanding of its scale. For miniatures with a high number of parts, special grooves and recesses are created for easy connection and assembly.
